Mike Edel is a Canadian singer-songwriter-producer based in Bellingham, WA, making folk and americana records with open space and lyrics that look directly at things. His music feels like a late drive and a long exhale.

Edel came to this chapter more clear-eyed and deliberate, after a stroke in 2021 reshaped his relationship with music and what he wanted to say. That pursuit of finding the grit and grace in ordinary life and turning it into something that comforts, moves, and tells the truth runs through everything he makes.

Beyond recording, he has written songs for film and directed his own feature documentary. With over 10 million streams, 1000 live shows, and placements on SiriusXM's The Verge, The Loft, and North Americana, CBC Radio, and ABC's American Idol, he has built a dedicated following across North America and Europe.
